Kay Donnellan serves as Director of Personal Trust for The Trust Company. She is responsible for a wide spectrum of trust accounts and estates. She is also engaged to consult with charitable organizations, working with numerous foundations and endowments. Prior to joining The Trust Company in 2000, Ms. Donnellan had 22 years of experience with law firms in Birmingham and Montgomery, specializing in estate planning and administration. She has combined her career with community service taking an active role in various organizations, including the Junior League of Birmingham, St. Luke’s Church, and the YWCA Junior Board. She is Past President of the Alabama Planned Giving Council and a member of Professional Advisory Boards for Lakeshore Foundation, St, Vincent’s Foundation, Community Foundation of Greater Birmingham, and UAB, as well as a member of the Estate Planning Council.
