Scott Fairclough has more than 18 years of public finance experience. He began his career at Lehman Brothers as an investment banker and went on to establish the firm’s municipal derivatives desk in the early 1990s. Following his time at Lehman Brothers, Mr. Fairclough established municipal derivatives desks at First Union (1998), BNP Paribas (2003), and Dexia (2005). As a senior trader and marketer, he has worked on more than 1,000 municipal derivative transactions with more than $30 billion in notional amount. Mr. Fairclough earned a Bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from the State University of New York at Albany.
