Tom Barnett joined Sterne, Agee & Leach in 2007 and has over 30 years of Public Finance experience in senior positions with AmSouth Bank and Morgan Keegan & Company. Mr. Barnett has extensive experience in all areas of Public Finance, most notably Healthcare and Higher Education finance. He is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and has vast experience with variable rate and refunding structures. Mr. Barnett holds a Master’s degree in finance and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama. He holds professional licenses consisting of Series 7, 52, 53, 63.
