Mark Hamm joined Sterne Agee in 1995 as a Stock Loan Clerk. He was promoted to Settlement/Stock Loan Manager in 1997, then Processing Division Manager in 1998. Mr. Hamm was named Chief Operations Officer for the firm in 2007. Prior to joining Sterne Agee, Mr. Hamm worked as a Profitability Analyst and in the Asset/Liability Management department of AmSouth Bank. He began his career at Secor Bank in 1990 as a Staff Accountant, and worked in the Investments/Asset Liability Management department for Secor as well. Mr. Hamm is a 1989 graduate of the University of Alabama, where he earned a BS degree in Corporate Finance and Investment Management. He holds professional licenses for Series 7, Series 24, and Series 27.
