Alan Mah
Senior Vice President

Alan has over twenty years experience working on both the sell side and buy side for firms. He began his career at Smith Breeden developing models and computer programs to price hedging instruments for mortgage back securities. Prior to joining Sterne Agee, Alan worked with firms such as RBC and Koch Industries Capital Markets group based in Wichita, KS.  His business included an interest in FX, convertible equity arbitrage desk, money markets desk, muni bond portfolio, and oversaw money managed in external hedge funds.

Alan earned his BA in Economics and his MBA from Duke University.
