Mr. Meding joined Sterne Agee in November 2007. Previously, he worked on the Government Guaranteed Lending desk with Bear Stearns, & Co., Inc. and was responsible for the purchase, securitization, and sale of SBA 7(a) and 504 loans and securities. He also has experience as a depository strategist working with middle-market banks to enhance profitability. He has spent most of his career covering financial institutions (primarily banks) as a credit analyst in a buyside, sellside, or rating agency capacity. 

Mr. Meding holds a BBA in Finance from Western Michigan University and an MBA in Finance from DePaul University. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in addition to FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
