Mrs. Yin joined Sterne Agee in April of 2008 as an Associate of Investment Banking. Before Sterne Agee, Mrs. Yin worked for the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office. Before that, Mrs. Yin was with Morgan Stanley. Prior to Morgan Stanley, she co-founded Apstone Incorporated, a US-based import/export business with an emphasis on items originating from China. Before Apstone, Mrs. Yin worked for two China headquartered companies, Pro Brand International and Wenhao Electrical Equipment. She received her BS with honors from Shandong University, China, MBA from Pepperdine University with a major in finance, and JD from Southwestern University School of Law. Mrs. Yin is a member of the State Bar of California and US District Court, Central District. She is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
