Mr. Prochnow joined Sterne Agee in 2007. He has 10 years of experience in the financial industry at firms including Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, and most recently Flagstone Securities. His investment banking experience includes the completion of over 50 public and private offerings, including over $3.0 billion of trust preferred transactions, and 30 merger & acquisition transactions for financial institutions located nationwide. Mr. Prochnow has earned his Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
