Since 2002, Mr. McRae has been Managing Director of the Investment Banking Group at Sterne Agee.  He concentrates on advising and raising equity capital for publicly traded and private companies. Prior to Sterne Agee, Mr. McRae was a founding Principal of BA Venture Partners (BAVP), San Francisco, the venture capital arm of Bank of America Corp. BA Venture Partners managed a $500 million venture fund that invested in growth stage to late stage privately held companies. Previously, he served as an Analyst and Associate in the Investment Banking Division at Morgan, Stanley & Co., Inc., in New York. Barry received a BA degree from Princeton University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
