Norman Chaleff joined Sterne Agee in 2007. He has 30 years of experience in the financial industry at firms including Prudential Securities, Montgomery Securities, EF Hutton and, most recently, Flagstone Securities. His experience spans both equity and mortgage and asset-backed finance. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Montgomery Securities, and was on the Business Review Committee, Equity Transactions Board, and Fairness Opinion Committee at Prudential Securities. During his tenure at Prudential, he was directly involved in many debt and equity offerings for finance companies and also headed a 30-person team in Mortgage and Asset Finance.
