Mr. Bolebruch joined Sterne Agee as a senior member of the firm’s Industrial banking group. He has extensive experience in the financial services industry, working with both public and private companies primarily in the Industrial, Defense, Aerospace and Consumer Products sectors, as well as with many private equity firms.  Mr. Bolebruch started his career with Arthur Andersen in New York. He joined the First Boston Corporation in 1983 in the fixed income division and was promoted to Managing Director in the Industrial Investment Banking group in 1992. At First Boston, he managed the firm’s relationship with many of its important industrial clients such as Black & Decker, Westinghouse, Crown Cork & Seal, PPG Industries, Eastman Kodak, and Kennemetal. He joined Merrill Lynch in 1994 with a focus on Industrial and Consumer companies and middle market private equity firms.  Mr. Bolebruch most recently was a Managing Director at Ryan Beck and before that, ING Barings Furman Selz. He holds a B.S. degree in Finance and Economics from Lehigh University and is a CPA in New York and Pennsylvania.
