Richard J. Mandery
Managing Director

Mr. Mandery is a senior member of Sterne Agee’s Investment Banking Division and has extensive Natural Resources and General Industrials Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets experience.  He spent a majority of his Investment Banking career with JPMorgan and Banc of America Securities, and most recently was a senior member of the Energy Team at Houlihan Lokey.  Mr. Mandery’s core experience is among the Upstream, Midstream, Downstream, Oilfield Services and mining sectors of Natural Resources, as well as select segments of General Industrials.

Mr. Mandery holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.B.A. from Baruch College.  He resides in Long Island, New York with his wife and three children.
