Mr. Smith joined Sterne Agee in 2010 and has over 20 years of Public Finance experience in senior positions with Merrill Lynch and Citigroup. Mr. Smith has extensive experience in all areas of Public Finance, with emphasis on transportation systems including toll roads, mass transit, bridges, highways and airports. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. He holds the FINRA Series 7, 53 and 63 securities licenses.
