David Bain
Senior Research Analyst

David Bain joined Sterne Agee in February 2007 as a Managing Director of Investment Banking and movedto the Research Group as Managing Director of Gaming Research in 2009. From February 2004 until February 2007, he was a Managing Director at Merriman Curhan Ford & Co. focused on gaming equities. Prior to that, he was Managing Director of the research department at the Seidler Companies, Inc., and a gaming analyst with Roth Capital Partners. Mr. Bain has also worked with Prudential Securities, the law firm of Issacman, Kaufman and Painter, and has owned and operated an entertainment management firm based in Los Angeles, CA. He received a JD with an emphasis in Corporate Law from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, CA, an MBA from Pepperdine University with a major in Finance, and a BA in History from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He is an active member of the American Bar Association, California Bar Association, Business Law Association, Public Interest Law Association and was a scholarship athlete while at UCLA.

Sherry Yin
Research Associate

Sherry Yin joined Sterne Agee in April 2008 as an Associate. Prior to joining Sterne Agee, Mrs. Yin worked for the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office and Morgan Stanley. Her previous experience includes co-founder of Apstone Incorporated, a US-based import/export business with an emphasis on items originating from China. She also worked for two China-headquartered companies: Pro Brand International and Wenhao Electrical Equipment. Mrs. Yin has received a BS with honors from Shandong University, China, an MBA from Pepperdine University with a major in finance, and JD from Southwestern University School of Law. Mrs. Yin is a member of the State Bar of California and US District Court, Central District of California.
