Cary Cooper promoted to Head of Fixed Income Division
April 14, 2008 (Birmingham, Ala.) Cary Cooper has been named Head of Fixed Income Division. He will oversee operation of all institutional sales and trading for all Fixed Income products. Cary joined Sterne Agee in 1998 and helped expand institutional sales within the firm. In 2006, he was elected to the Board of Directors of Sterne Agee Group, Inc. Mr. Cooper earned a BS in Corporate Finance from the University of Alabama. He received an MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
