W. A. (Trey) Ruch, III, CIMA®
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Sterne Agee Asset Management, Inc.

Mr. Ruch has served as an Executive Managing Director and Head of Asset Management for Sterne Agee Group since 2005. He also serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Holding Company.

Mr. Ruch presently functions as President and CEO of Sterne Agee Investment Advisors, Inc. and the Trust Company of Sterne Agee, Inc. He also serves as Vice-Chairman and CEO of Sterne Agee Asset Management, Inc. Mr. Ruch also oversees the Training and Professional Development Group within his firm.

Prior to joining Sterne Agee, Mr. Ruch served as President and/or Chairman of another regional broker/dealer Trust Company from July 1995 to September 2002, and served concurrently as Managing Director of its Financial Services Group from 1997-2005. Mr. Ruch is a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA). He holds the Series 7, 9/10, 63, 65, and 24 licenses.
